My name is Anna Ranprem and I teach Kundalini Yoga in Forest Hill, London. Kundalini Yoga is a practical and useful tool for the stressful times we live in.
Kundalini Yoga works on every level of our being. It establishes a relationship between the body, soul and mind, bringing many benefits and allowing us to experience our full potential as human beings. It reminds us to celebrate life in this moment and it helps us to master the mind.
In our practice of Kundalini Yoga we learn the techniques and awareness to stay healthy. We gain a strong immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system, good circulation and an awareness of the impact of our habits.
A healthy body and a peaceful mind can help us to remain happy whatever our personal circumstances are.
